Sara Donaldson Productions, Inc. is committed to protecting both the personal information as well as business information You share and/or store with us. This Privacy Policy applies to transactions, activities and data gathered through the Sara Donaldson Productions, Inc. Site and also to interactions You may have with Our related Social Media accounts.

If We ask for Your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing a special product or different service related to Sara Donaldson or SDP affiliate, We will either ask You directly for Your expressed consent, or provide You with an opportunity to say no. Please understand that if You opt-out of Our email subscription (receiving emails about new features, discounts or other information We think may interest You), We may still need to send You emails about purchases or respond to requests that You have made or received from Us.

In some instances (such as to learn more about Sara Donaldson’s mindset coaching opportunities), use of the Site and Services may require that You disclose certain personal information for identification, including Your valid email address and Your demographic information (including, for example, Your ZIP code, age, sex, job industry, job title, and additional personal details) to register.

We take privacy very seriously and never sell Your personally identifiable information to Third Parties. The information We collect is used for administering Our business activities. However, We may disclose Your personal information if We are required by law or court order, or if You violate Our Terms of Service. We may also disclose Your personally identifiable information if required in order to address an issue implicated by a financial transaction. (For instance, if You claim that Your billing and/or credit card information was used to make a purchase that You did not authorize, details about the transaction may be disclosed to law enforcement and any party We deem necessary to swiftly address the matter.)

We take seriously copyright law and the misuse or unauthorized use of Our Services and imagery. We may access, preserve and/or disclose personal information if We have a good faith belief that such action is necessary to protect and defend Our copyrights, Our company, Our employees/personal rights, and Our intellectual property; to protect against the misuse or unauthorized use of Our images; or to protect the safety of Our property, Our employees, or the public. SECTION 5: Shopify, Payment Information and Security

Shopify Inc. hosts Our online store and provides the online e-commerce platform that allows Us to sell Our products and services. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application, and is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete Your purchase transaction and is stored on a Secure Server behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information. Please refer to Shopify Payments, GooglePay Privacy Policies, and PayPal Privacy Policies for information regarding their own security protections and use of Your personal information. No payment information is stored on Our Site after Your order has been processed.

To protect Your personal information, We take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure information is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. When processing transactions through Shopify Inc. hosting services, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, We follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

Remember, certain providers such as Shopify or Paypal may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either You or Us. Your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider (such as Shopify or PayPal) or its facilities are located.

For Your security, it is important to also remember that once You leave Our Site or are redirected to a third-party website or application, You are no longer governed by Our Privacy Policy or Our Terms of Use.

SECTION 6: Non-Personal Information Collected

SECTION 10: International Visitors (Visitors to the Site from Outside the United States)

Sara Donaldson Productions, Inc. is based in the United States. If You are visiting this Site from outside the United States, You acknowledge that the U.S. may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which You initially provided Us information/the country in which You reside. Additionally, You agree to comply with any local laws that apply to You (where You are while visiting the Site). By visiting the Site, or by providing Us with any information, You fully understand and unambiguously consent to the transfer, processing and storage of Your information in the United States.

If for some reason We are prohibited by United States law from sending an order to You (to the foreign address You designate), You will be notified of this, We will promptly refund any money paid, and We will cancel Your order. Thank You for Your understanding.

SECTION 9: Children’s Guidelines and Age of Consent

We do not knowingly collect or store any personal information about children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly allow children under the age of 13 to sign up for the mailing list or make a purchase. If You are under the age of 13, do not submit any information on Our Site. If We learn that We have unknowingly collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, We will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible. We also do not direct Our marketing/advertising to anyone under the age of 18. That being said, Our images and print products may be attractive to children, so please always try to monitor Your child’s internet activity and purchase attempts. It is Our policy that if You are under the age of 18, this Site may only be used with the involvement of a parent or guardian or with the consent of a parent or guardian. If You are over the age of 18, You consent that by bookmarking this Site on Your computer or device, You have given Us Your consent that You allow Your minor dependents to also use this Site.

As previously stated, We only have Your email address stored if You subscribe to Our email list or purchase a product from Our Site. We may send periodic promotional or informational emails to You. You may always opt-out of such communications by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for Us to process opt-out requests. Please understand that if You opt-out of Our email subscription (receiving emails about new features, discounts or other information We think may interest You), We may still need to send You emails about purchases or respond to requests that You have made or received from Us.

SECTION 11: California Customers and Opt-Out information

Pursuant to California’s “Shine the Light” law, Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents who provide personal information in obtaining Services are entitled to request and obtain, one time per calendar year, information about the customer information We shared, if any, with other businesses for direct marketing uses. Alternatively, the law provides that a company may comply, as We do, by disclosing in its Privacy Policy that it provides consumers the choice to opt-in or opt-out regarding sharing personal information with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes, and information on how to exercise that choice. We do not share Your personal information with third parties for the purpose of direct marketing if You have exercised an option to opt-out.
